From the introduction: "The theory in this book presents an alternative understanding of the human body based on one principle by using the criterion of simplicity. It all starts with one fundamental postulate: Nothing exists in isolation; everything exists in relations. Then, one simple principle derives from the postulate, i.e.: X = aRb,
Where X is inflammation and disease, a and b are systems and R is the relation between them. Throughout the entire investigation of the human body, e.g., DNA, integrin, ATP synthase, sodium-potassium pump, inflammation, diseases as cancer and neurodegenerative diseases ALS, MS, Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s the principle is followed consistently and consequently. As the human body is very complex, consisting of cells, digestive system, molecules and muscles, to mention just a few, a formal principle is of the utmost necessity. We have now followed guidance from Albert Einstein and Aristotle; trusting Albert Einstein’s and Aristotle’s cleverness by searching for a principle might be the best starting point.
